This website does not host contact forms and does not ask you to create an account, so we collect very little directly from it:
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote or proposal you have asked for, to deliver services or courses you have signed up to, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you contact us, on the performance of a contract when we are delivering work you have engaged us for, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — our hosting provider, our email provider, and font delivery as described above — and only as far as they need it to do that job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period on a rolling basis.
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to correspondence and project records is limited to the people at CloudChef who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what we hold.
